RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: Runners from heats run at two venues move through to this final for pacers rated up to 55, and I’m keen on the form from those that competed at Geelong on March 13. On that occasion, KEAYANG SWEETHEART (10) was able to lead and just hold off THE ART OF SUCCESS (11), who ran a huge race from the chair. Both were unbeaten, first-up from long breaks and appear to have bright futures. Based off that clash, I fancy the latter can turn the tables in what should be an intriguing affair. MORRIS BROWN (5) worked to the breeze and toughed it out to win the other heat at Ballarat so he must be respected, while FOREGONE CONCLUSION (1) ran a nice race for second behind the aforementioned rival at Bray Raceway and heads a stack of chances for the minor end of the prize.
