RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: THE LADYBIRD (8) was a winner here three runs ago and found the line quite well from an awkward draw last week. She potentially maps behind the leader here and if that pattern eventuates will be hard to hold out late. YELLA (6) put in a sound performance for the new stable last week, and with natural improvement and a bit of luck can go close. CLIVES GIRL (9) resumed for a 4th last week and gets the soft punch-through off the back row here in what isn’t an overly strong race.
