RACE COMMENT

OVERVIEW: KEAYANG ALABAMA (2) is a well-bred first starter from the Lee stable. She won a recent Terang trial and has an ideal barrier to use to her advantage. STEEL MIKI (6) was eye-catching in a recent trial when second behind talented runner I Sea Red, coming home with a solid final quarter. He clearly has ability but is still learning and should continue to improve. LIBERTY STAR DUST (8) is another first starter who has impressed in trials, winning at Geelong before finishing a strong third at Melton behind Eyeneedthat and Out To Stay. He has ability but will need luck from the barrier. TRYX VIXEN (4) is the most experienced runner in the field, stepping out for the 20th time.
