RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: CHAMPAGNE WALSH (9) was declared a non-runner at Charlton after being denied a fair start, and sectionally he was very strong to the line. That has been the case in his runs prior as well, excellent on the clock without converting to a win. This race presents well for him to sweep home strongly. WINGATE GUY (12) has won three of his past four and has done it from awkward draws, which he faces again here. With the right tempo, he is a winning hope once more. HEZ HARRYWHO (11) is second-up from a break and can improve back at his home track, while James Herbertson gets the best out of him.
