RACE COMMENT
LITTLEMICKEY (8) secured a good run leaders back two back and proved too good there. He had won his start prior and is in good form at the moment. He should get a good run off the speed and can be running on late. SPLASHNDASH (5) secured a good run behind the leader last time out and wasn’t beaten far by Studleigh Mark when running second. He draws much worse in this race but has some versatility and can be running on late. BETTYS GOLD CLASS (1) has very good gate speed giving her options in the early stages of this race from an ideal draw. She is usually better suited over the short course and would need a soft lead to be a winning hope in this race. TAYLORS FOUR (7) came off the pegs early last time out and it likely cost her a placing at Albion Park behind Studleigh Mark. She loves this track and trip and should be thereabouts again.
