RACE COMMENT
An even race with a few off the front row with handy gate speed. ITSMENOTU (1) gets the pegs advantage if the emergency doesn’t get a run, and should get her chance sitting on speed. OBLER (3) has been in good form of late before galloping out last start, he possesses similar gate speed but his record says he is better suited over the mile. Expecting MIKIYOURSOFINE (5) to work forward from the gate, and not allow slow middle sectionals like they did at Burnie when he was out sprinted with 400m to go, but come again on the finish line to be narrowly beaten. ANDAMAN BAY (7) will also be hoping the emergency doesn’t get a run, as think he’s a good chance here if driven for luck.
