MISSED CONSEQUENCES (5) was impressive last start when first up for the stable of Donny Smith. She has good gate speed and may look to press forward and find a prominent position again in this race. She should be hard to beat. TORO LOCO (3) put in a better run last start when getting into third after getting back in the run. He is likely better suited racing over the shorter trips and loses the services of Nathan Dawson which looks a potential concern. He will need to secure the right run to be a hope in this race. MAYWYN TROUBADOUR (7) comes into this race third up from a spell having run two good seconds his last two starts. He should be nearing peak fitness and gains a nice trailing draw in this race. If the gaps appear he should be running into it late. ONE LAST ROLL (1) has gate speed giving him options in the early stages of this race. He has won two recent stand start trials and continues to race in great form despite his age.
