RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: AMPHIJET (7) faces a negative swing in the barrier draw but he is racing in career best form and is worth thought again. He led throughout and scored comfortably in a mile of 1.53.4 at Geelong on December 12. STEEL RULER (8) settled three back on the inside and finished off well via the sprint lane when third behind AMPHIJET (7) last outing. He is awkwardly drawn on the inside of the second line but should be hitting the line strongly.
