OVERVIEW: FARSTAR (2) has been runner up in two of his past three starts and strikes a very suitable assignment here. He pushed forward to find the lead and battled on well for second behind the handy type Pastor Dunbar at Shepparton last time out and he is a good chance of leading throughout here. APACHEVALLEY (6) led out then took cover when third behind Me And Zac at Stawell. He is backing up quickly from his effort at Kilmore on Thursday but he appears to be a strong Quinella chance. NEDZA THRILLER (5) is a maiden from 58 starts but he has been placed nine times and is a minor place chance again.
