After missing the DJA Final following the two heat rounds, DARCYS FIREBALL (4) should appreciate a return to these conditions against these opponents. Making a late raid when just a neck from FENOMENAL three starts back, he has the early speed to get across and capitalise. SON OF A SUN (5) was sent forward here five runs back from gate 4 to find the front, leading until the stretch when 3rd to DARCYS FIREBALL. Runner-up at his past two starts, including at the mobile mile when setting the tempo, he can press on here and try to repel the challenge. FENOMENAL (3) sat in the running line from gate 4 at theses same conditions last start and when set free had the closing speed to arrive. A smaller field can see him looming again here.
