RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: EVILEYE (3) is first up but has shown ability and does have the early speed to be prominent throughout Expect a forward showing fresh. KATUNGA EXPRESS (6) racing very well and is bursting to win. Tricky draw but if he can have some racing luck early, he’s right in it. CHIRRIPO (5) capable mare that finished off well last start and is working up to a win. One of the chances. ALWAYS THE SHOWMAN (9) will find this easier than recent starts and with a nice trailing draw must be respected. BLACKINDEED (1) drawn well but up in class. Will get every chance from the draw. DIRECT COMMAND (8) LOCHIEL LAD (7) and MERRYWOOD PAUL (10) are the class runners but are confronted with awkward draws over the sprint trip. Can’t be ignored.
