RACE COMMENT
COSMIC FLYER (9) drops a long way in class into this race having contested stronger races recently. He recently had a number of starts in NSW and performed well against quality horses. Despite facing an outside back row draw in this race he is likely to be hard to hold out. MARTY THE MARTIAN (1) had a tough trip last start over the 2040 at this track when pushed wider at a crucial stage. He draws 1 this time which he is likely to be hugely benefited from and should be able to hold a prominent position early.   ROCK SUPREME (5) hasn’t been quite at his absolute best in recent starts. He is a horse that previously has shown he is capable of doing work in a race of similar quality which he may be forced to do from a wide gate in this race.  LENNY LINCOLN (8) appears to draw favourably in this race which could generate a solid early tempo. If he can be sat up and saved for one run with good early speed in the race he can be running over the top late.
