RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: TIVOLI (7) is a talented filly, which will find this race to be much easier than her past two efforts in the Victoria Oaks series. She struck trouble in the Oaks Final last outing and she was an impressive winner at Shepparton three starts ago so she must be respected. SHARP INTEREST (3) was heavily supported and delivered a tidy front running display when she defeated Uncle Trev in a mile rate of 1.55.4 at Shepparton last outing. She has two fast beginners drawn on her inside here but she is worth thought again. CHIRRIPO (4) will appreciate a drop back in class for this assignment and produced a handy effort when third behind Valiente last week so she is worth an investment. TURBO JAY (8) won at his latest Victorian attempt at Shepparton in August and his recent form in New South Wales has been sound.
