RACE COMMENT
BETTYS GOLD CLASS (3) has very good gate speed and looks likely to be able to find a prominent position in this race. She has been up in grade and should find this company a lot more suitable than some of her recent outings. FREELANCR DANCER (1) wasn’t beaten too far when running ninth last start behind the in-form Bettors Moon. She has been racing well and should be able to do enough to drive through and lead before having options from there. PLANET DOWNS (7) was a winner five starts ago and has since run well. He was a good second two starts ago after leading in a similar type of race. He will need luck from an awkward draw but appears to be going well enough. MULLUM DOC (2) has very good gate speed and will likely look to press for the lead in the early stages. He took on a stronger field over the 2138 at Albion Park and was well beaten there having worked hard early.
