RACE COMMENT
ASPIRING VICTREE (2) was a winner two starts back when safely away, taking cover before finishing best in the stretch for a 3m margin. Making an error last start, she will be off the inside of the 10m and with the lone front tape runner drawn wide, she can scoot through for position. GOOD HEART (5) settled in the 1x1 trail last start here on Friday from a 40m tape in a race that was split apart after 600m into two packs. Midfield two starts back from a 20m tape, he faces that same impost here and with the right trip can look to chase a drought breaking win. MY RUMOUR HAS IT (6) has placed in six of her past seven, the latest when 3rd after setting the tempo but unable to finish them off when 5m astern of the winner. She will not be far away. MORE SURPRISES (7) was looing for gaps when darting through along the inside last start and only a neck from the winner. Back to the 30m tape makes this a tougher ask.
