RACE COMMENT

OVERVIEW: SOLS ME NAME (6) is a first starter for trainer Jayne Davies that remains undefeated at the trials and has been finishing off in slick final sectionals so he should prove very hard to beat in the final event. ILOVEACALENDERGIRL (4) is resuming since finishing fifth in a heat of the Super Series in August but she has been performing nicely at the trials and finished second behind Blackjack Whacko, which finished a close second on debut at Bendigo on Wednesday night, two weeks ago so she must be considered as a winning chance. MASTER LOUEY (7) is a nicely bred colt, which won at his latest Melton trial performance after sprinting quickly from three back on the markers and must be kept safe. RIDDLEMETHIS (5) is first up since January and hasn’t been to the trials but he is capable of filling a place.  EARLY SPEED: 6 (possible leader), 4,7 RATINGS: 6/ 4/ 5,7
