RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: THE NARCISSIST (6) has been a revelation since joining trainer Emma Stewart having remained undefeated in six starts. He pushed forward to find the lead and brilliantly won the Melton Plate at his latest appearance and he is clearly the horse to beat again. FIRST DANCE (9) is shooting for a hat trick after victories in fast mile rates of 1.53.2 and 1.53.0. She should gain an economical run from her trailing draw and should be finishing off nicely. OPERATIVE LINE (1) has been racing against the open class recently and has the early speed to obtain a prominent position so he is not without a chance. SMOKEN ACE (2) finished second behind Fighter Command (won again since) last outing and should give another bold showing.
