RACE COMMENT
OVERVIEW: BIG BAD OSSIE (10) sustained a long run when he scored at Melton two starts ago then followed with a close second in the Wagga Cup. He has a tough draw to overcome but he is racing in great form and should prove hard to beat again. DOUGS FLAME (8) is resuming since winning the Western Region Final at Bathurst in December. He has been placed in two recent trial performances and has the class to feature prominently. CLYMENUS (6) finished off fast in slick final sectionals when an eye-catching third behind First Dance at Melton last outing. He is yet to win in fifteen starts for the season but his last run was encouraging. OZZIE SUNSHINE (2) and COLLECTIVE WORKS (5) are both value hopes.
