OVERVIEW: ERUPT STRIDE (5) is a very fast colt and should prove hard to beat against this line up. He made a mid-race move to dash to the front at the bell and was run down late when third behind Bravo Stride at Kilmore last week. EMJAYBEE (6) is resuming since June and makes her debut for trainer Julie Douglas. She defeated Captain Foxtrot at a Charlton victory on May 25 so she cannot be left out of calculations. OTIS RISING (1) backed up some handy trial form with a nice second behind Always A Showman at his debut. He has ability and is drawn to receive every chance so he is worth an investment. SPORTING GRACE (3) ran a reasonable race for fourth at her debut and should have improved by the experience so she is worth a place ticket. EARLY SPEED: 5 (possible leader), 1,2,6 RATINGS: 5/ 1,6/ 3/ 2/ 4
