He will appreciate a massive drop back in class for this assignment and was forced to race without cover throughout in fast time at his latest unplaced performance behind I’m No Outlaw. SUPREME DOMINATOR (1) is racing in peak form and looms as one of the leading chances again. He trailed the leader and used the sprint lane when he dashed home to score in fast time at Cranbourne on August 01. MY BETTOR LADY (5) has built up a strong record since coming from South Australia and is likely to give a forward showing. She dashed home in a slick final 800m of 56.23 seconds to win a trial over Wellsaidlucy at Melton recently so she is obviously somewhere near her peak form. YANKEE GOLD (7) has been freshened since a win over Streitkid at Bendigo on July 03. He is a tough competitor and boasts a handy record so he cannot be left out of calculations. MY BETTOR LADY (5) has built up a strong record since coming from South Australia and is likely to give a forward showing. She dashed home in a slick final 800m of 56.23 seconds to win a trial over Wellsaidlucy at Melton recently so she is obviously somewhere near her peak form. Race comment
OVERVIEW: It is a quality field with a number of winning chances but ASSASSINATOR (11) appears to be a good value bet. He will appreciate a massive drop back in class for this assignment and was forced to race without cover throughout in fast time at his latest unplaced performance behind I’m No Outlaw. SUPREME DOMINATOR (1) is racing in peak form and looms as one of the leading chances again. He trailed the leader and used the sprint lane when he dashed home to score in fast time at Cranbourne on August 01. MY BETTOR LADY (5) has built up a strong record since coming from South Australia and is likely to give a forward showing. She dashed home in a slick final 800m of 56.23 seconds to win a trial over Wellsaidlucy at Melton recently so she is obviously somewhere near her peak form. YANKEE GOLD (7) has been freshened since a win over Streitkid at Bendigo on July 03. He is a tough competitor and boasts a handy record so he cannot be left out of calculations. HEZACROCWATCHER (9) remains undefeated from three Australian starts but he faces a significant rise in class and he was beaten into fourth position behind SUPREME DOMINATOR (1) at a recent Geelong trial performance. He has too much ability to dismiss and is worth thought along with SHEFFIELD SPARKY (10), which hasn’t enjoyed the best of luck recently.
