OVERVIEW: LUCINDA JAMAR (2) is a former New South Wales trained pacer, which joins trainer Kate Hargreaves. She is resuming since an eighth at Penrith in May and hasn’t been to the trials but she is ideally drawn and strikes a suitable field first up so she is worth an investment. ARDENT BLISS (8) is capable of sprinting to the line quickly with the right trail forward when racing against this class and is not without a chance. SPORTIFICO (7) is a grinding type and will be suited if there is a genuine tempo throughout. The small field of just six runners will be an advantage to him. THE BLUE WREN (5) produced a good performance when second at a recent Kilmore trial effort and is not without a chance. Race comment
OVERVIEW: LUCINDA JAMAR (2) is a former New South Wales trained pacer, which joins trainer Kate Hargreaves. She is resuming since an eighth at Penrith in May and hasn’t been to the trials but she is ideally drawn and strikes a suitable field first up so she is worth an investment. ARDENT BLISS (8) is capable of sprinting to the line quickly with the right trail forward when racing against this class and is not without a chance. SPORTIFICO (7) is a grinding type and will be suited if there is a genuine tempo throughout. The small field of just six runners will be an advantage to him. THE BLUE WREN (5) produced a good performance when second at a recent Kilmore trial effort and is not without a chance. HONEY CULLEN (6) has been showing good gate speed recently and is better suited now the quick beginners I’m Loki and Arma Veyron have been withdrawn.
