He won a trial over Rock on Playboy in handy time at Geelong last week and he has won five of his thirteen starts so he is worth following. BETTERNBETTER (3) was resuming since February when sixth behind Viva La Rock (won against since) in a heat of the E K Bray series at Bendigo. He held his own after settling midfield in that performance and he moves to the front line now so a bold showing is expected. MESSERATI (8) finished a close second behind Trittrittbangbang at Cranbourne and followed with a sixth in a heat of the Country Clubs Championship behind La La land at Ballarat, where he settled in the second half of the field from a poor draw. He is awkwardly drawn again but he should be running home well. IMAGE OF STARZZZ (4) hasn’t had much luck at his past few outings and rates as a value hope.
