He has since won a Bendigo trial impressively over Jong Ang and is drawn to gain a prominent position so he is worth another chance. JAK MAGIC (5) is a former New South Wales pacer, which joins trainer Joe Pace. He scored at Menangle in December and he competed outside of his class range when a creditable fourth at the trials last week so he warrants consideration. PADDINGTON CENTRAL (6) has been placed at his past three attempts against similar opposition. He attempted to lead throughout when third behind the New South Wales trained pacer Illtellyounothing at Cobram last outing and is worth thought again. OUR PONTIAC (8) has the perfect trailing draw behind GLENS OF TEKOA (1) and should gain a nice run on the markers.
