OVERVIEW: CARRAMAR KASIANO (1) restrained at the start and settled at the back of the field, locked wheels and lost approximately fifteen metres with a half mile remaining then finished strongly for an unlucky second at Swan Hill. He is drawn to receive every chance and he is ready to break through for a win. SPACEWRITER (3) was driven aggressively to try and lead early, eventually got to the front at the 900m and finished a brave second (4m) at Terang. He is a maiden from 29 starts but he has been very good at his past three placed attempts and is getting closer to the money. DEMONSTRATOR (8) will be relying on CARRAMAR KASIANO (1) holding a forward position at the start but he did produce a gallant effort when second behind Silver Domino last outing so he looms as one of the leading chances. WIL HE STAR (4) is a fast beginner and likes to lead over the sprint distance so he will make his presence felt in the charge to the first turn. EARLY SPEED: 3 (possible leader), 1,4,7 RATINGS: 1,3/ 8/ 4/ 9,10

OVERVIEW: CARRAMAR KASIANO (1) restrained at the start and settled at the back of the field, locked wheels and lost approximately fifteen metres with a half mile remaining then finished strongly for an unlucky second at Swan Hill. He is drawn to receive every chance and he is ready to break through for a win. SPACEWRITER (3) was driven aggressively to try and lead early, eventually got to the front at the 900m and finished a brave second (4m) at Terang. He is a maiden from 29 starts but he has been very good at his past three placed attempts and is getting closer to the money.
