OVERVIEW: THUMBS UP (7) settled in eighth position (1-3), came out three horses wide to race without cover for the last 1300m and battled on gamely for second behind Bona Khan at Melton last outing. He has performed well in five starts since coming from New Zealand with two wins and two seconds to his credit so he must be respected. BLAZIN CRACKER (2) worked hard in the early stages, gained a one out and one back trail and finished third in a strong race at Bendigo last week. He is racing consistently and is capable of sprinting to the line quickly with the right trail forward. WHATS STANLEY GOT (4) ran a sharper race for second behind the in-form pacer Boy From Bondi at Bendigo last week. He was shuffled back to mid-field during the middle stages and ran home nicely late so it was a tidy display. This race is of similar quality and he is worth thought again. ONA HIGHWAY TOHELL (8) is awkwardly drawn but ran a game race for second last week and has winning claims along with HOOK EYE JOH (10), which finished fast at Stawell last time out. OVERVIEW: THUMBS UP (7) settled in eighth position (1-3), came out three horses wide to race without cover for the last 1300m and battled on gamely for second behind Bona Khan at Melton last outing. He has performed well in five starts since coming from New Zealand with two wins and two seconds to his credit so he must be respected. BLAZIN CRACKER (2) worked hard in the early stages, gained a one out and one back trail and finished third in a strong race at Bendigo last week. He is racing consistently and is capable of sprinting to the line quickly with the right trail forward. WHATS STANLEY GOT (4) ran a sharper race for second behind the in-form pacer Boy From Bondi at Bendigo last week. He was shuffled back to mid-field during the middle stages and ran home nicely late so it was a tidy display. This race is of similar quality and he is worth thought again. OVERVIEW: THUMBS UP (7) settled in eighth position (1-3), came out three horses wide to race without cover for the last 1300m and battled on gamely for second behind Bona Khan at Melton last outing. He has performed well in five starts since coming from New Zealand with two wins and two seconds to his credit so he must be respected. BLAZIN CRACKER (2) worked hard in the early stages, gained a one out and one back trail and finished third in a strong race at Bendigo last week. He is racing consistently and is capable of sprinting to the line quickly with the right trail forward.
