MIDNIGHT QUEEN (4) will take good benefit from her last start effort when stepping out in Qld for the first time. Sent to the post as fav, she was forced to work hard in the run and folded up as MAYWYN TROUBADOR cleared out for a dominant win. This is no harder, but she can be sharper. In behind the leader after showing early hustle, he was not that far from the winner. This is easier and he gets his chance. MIDNIGHT QUEEN (4) will take good benefit from her last start effort when stepping out in Qld for the first time. Sent to the post as fav, she was forced to work hard in the run and folded up as MAYWYN TROUBADOR cleared out for a dominant win. This is no harder, but she can be sharper. MANOFLISA (3) held the pocket trail from inside the 2nd line last start and was not far away when within 3m of the winner. Wide off the track here 2 starts back, he can be chiming in here. ITMIGHTBEYOU (1) had good early speed and from the get has the options. Trying to take them all the way last start back in November; she was gunned down late and fresh here is a podium chance.
