OVERVIEW: EXALTED FIGURE (9) tried to lead throughout when third in a mile rate of 1.56.0 at Bendigo at his debut. He should be improved by that run and strikes a winnable assignment. PINNACLE HOPE (10) began quickly to lead and copped some pressure mid-race when a brave third in fast time at Echuca. He is not as well drawn for this assignment but he performed well enough last outing to warrant consideration. BEACH WRECK (1) began quickly but couldn’t get across to lead early and angled in behind the leader shortly afterwards when he finished second at Echuca last outing. This is his best draw since coming from New South Wales and he is a good chance of holding the lead from the pole position so he must be respected. OVERVIEW: EXALTED FIGURE (9) tried to lead throughout when third in a mile rate of 1.56.0 at Bendigo at his debut. He should be improved by that run and strikes a winnable assignment. PINNACLE HOPE (10) began quickly to lead and copped some pressure mid-race when a brave third in fast time at Echuca. He is not as well drawn for this assignment but he performed well enough last outing to warrant consideration.
