OVERVIEW: INAUGURATE (8) settled in the second half of the field and worked home nicely when fourth behind Belittled in a stronger race at Maryborough last outing. He is versatile and gets his chance to break through for a win. ATEGO SHADES (6) pushed forward to find the lead at the 1200m mark and kicked on strongly to win at Geelong last outing. He has won three of his past six starts and is likely to give another bold showing. TINGE OF FEAR (1) began quickly but couldn’t lead, got shuffled back in the field mid-race and came out four horses wide on the home turn when she finished fast at Stawell. It was a top run last start and she is drawn to go close. IAMAWINGATE (2) finished strongly from last when fourth at Geelong last outing. He is better drawn for this assignment and is racing consistently so he is worth an investment. He is versatile and gets his chance to break through for a win. ATEGO SHADES (6) pushed forward to find the lead at the 1200m mark and kicked on strongly to win at Geelong last outing. He has won three of his past six starts and is likely to give another bold showing. TINGE OF FEAR (1) began quickly but couldn’t lead, got shuffled back in the field mid-race and came out four horses wide on the home turn when she finished fast at Stawell. Race comment
OVERVIEW: INAUGURATE (8) settled in the second half of the field and worked home nicely when fourth behind Belittled in a stronger race at Maryborough last outing. He is versatile and gets his chance to break through for a win. ATEGO SHADES (6) pushed forward to find the lead at the 1200m mark and kicked on strongly to win at Geelong last outing. He has won three of his past six starts and is likely to give another bold showing. TINGE OF FEAR (1) began quickly but couldn’t lead, got shuffled back in the field mid-race and came out four horses wide on the home turn when she finished fast at Stawell. It was a top run last start and she is drawn to go close. IAMAWINGATE (2) finished strongly from last when fourth at Geelong last outing. He is better drawn for this assignment and is racing consistently so he is worth an investment.
