Broke at the start and broke during running when 96m 10th $12 (Fr5) Drop The Hammer Menangle 1609m (1:54.0) T61115 race Jan 11 then out of position at the start when distanced 8th $31 (Fr2) Glenferrie Typhoon NZ Menangle 1609m (1:53.5) R81119 race Jan 25. Tardy starts cost him any chance of figuring at past two runs; could improve with a cleaner start.

Back from a spell. Slow to begin when 25m 5th $16 (Fr1) Hotjane Bling Menangle 1609m (1:55.4) T6079 race Sep 10 then eased early when 8.5m 3rd $3.10 (Fr5) Oneoftheclan Menangle 2300m (2:04.9) T4462 race Sep 17. Resuming after a break should not pose a problem as he is a proven performer first-up (1 from 2).
