MULLUM DOC (2) has very good gate speed and might be able to launch across in this race and give them something to catch. He returned to form two starts ago scoring a good win when coming from off the speed. PLANET DOWNS (6) returns from a break in this race and draws awkwardly inside the back row. He ran poorly last start but given some time off and a soft trailing draw he could bounce back in this race.  ART OF ROCK (8) is a capable sit sprinter and will be hoping for a genuine tempo to bring him into this race. He draws awkwardly on the back row but it is just a moderate field and he should be hard to hold out.  BETTOR CHEER (5) has been out of form in recent starts and lands in a new stable for this race drawing widest. He appears to have the ability to figure in a race of this nature and is one to keep an eye on first up for the new stable.
