OVERVIEW: DENNY ROCKS (4) was returning from Queensland when he stormed home late for second behind Lilly Lotus at Cobram. Considering the winner Lilly Lotus has won again since and the third placed Lorimermajor won at Bendigo on Wednesday night, the form line is strong. RUNKLE (5) is a New South Wales trained pacer, which missed out narrowly at Bathurst last outing. He boasts a consistent record and competed during the Bathurst Gold Crown Carnival so he is worth thought. BIG SLEDGE HAMMER (8) won via the sprint lane at Shepparton last outing and defeated the subsequent winner in Arnies Army. He is drawn behind a fast beginner so he is likely to gain an economical run on the markers again.
