RACE COMMENT
MACH ASSASSIN (1) has good gate speed and should have enough to dictate in the early stages of this race. He had a brief look for the top last start but was unsuccessful in that challenge before being restrained. He finished off nicely there in an effort that would see him competitive in this race. HOLD ONTO YA BLING (7) has been in good form and appears to be closing in another victory. He seems to really appreciate a soft trip on the pegs closing off strongly a few starts ago to be narrowly beaten by Barrett. MIGHTY JOLT (8) started inside the back row last start and didn’t have the momentum of the winner when making ground up the inside late. He scored a strong win his start prior and appears to be racing well. Has options in this race. SELSEY BILL (5) was forced to do all the work two back and was a strong second to Applied. Starts from a wide gate in this race but has shown he can do work in his races.
